Whenever you connect a plug and play device to your computer, a lot of data is created and stored in the system registry and also in the Windows folder. All this data can lower the performance of your computer and may even cause stability issues. This is why it's important to remove it from time to time.

An application which can help you here is USB Oblivion. This Windows application can automatically detect all the registry keys and system files that belong to removable USB devices with a single click. There is no need to search these keys and files manually.

The program does not need installing and it's enough to run the executable file downloaded from the producer's website. When running the program, the user must make sure that all the removable devices are disconnected from the computer, otherwise it may not work properly. After disconnecting the devices, the user can just click on the Clean button. Optionally, he can back up all the found registry keys inside a .reg file, in case he needs them later on. The program's interface clearly shows all the tasks and operations performed by USB Oblivion in a graphical way.

Pros

It allows you to automatically remove all the registry keys and system files which belong to removable USB devices. Besides that, every program operation is clearly displayed in its interface. Furthermore, all found registry keys can be backed up to a .reg file.

Cons

The interface may be considered too simple by some users. USB Oblivion allows you to automatically remove all the registry keys and system files which belong to removable devices, thus helping you improve system performance and stability.
